Health Disclaimer
Pushigator is a tracking tool, not medical advice. The recovery estimates are based on general exercise science models and do not account for individual health conditions. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You use the app and follow its suggestions at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
The app, its design, algorithms, and content are owned by Pushigator. Your push-up data belongs to you — we just store and display it for you.

Limitation of Liability
Pushigator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the app. The app's rep counting and analytics rely on sensor data and may not be perfectly accurate in all conditions.
