What We Collect

Pushigator collects only the data necessary to count your push-ups and track your progress:

  • Face distance data — ARKit face tracking measures your face-to-phone distance during a set. This data is processed on-device in real time and is never stored as raw facial data.
  • Rep data — Rep count, timing (eccentric/concentric), depth, and classification (full, partial, aborted) are saved per session.
  • Session metadata — Date, duration, and computed analytics (fatigue curve, recovery estimate) are stored.
  • Account info — If you create an account, we store your email address and display name.

How We Use Your Data

  • To display your push-up history, analytics, and recovery status.
  • To power challenge leaderboards and participant counts (your display name and rep totals are visible to other challenge participants).
  • To compute aggregate statistics shown on the Challenges page (total participants, total reps).

What We Don't Do

  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We do not store raw camera images or facial geometry.
  • We do not use your data for advertising.
  • We do not share individual session data with other users — only aggregate challenge stats.

Data Storage

Your rep and session data is stored on our servers to enable cross-device sync and challenge participation. Face tracking data is processed entirely on your iPhone and never leaves the device.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

Pushigator uses Apple's ARKit framework for face tracking. ARKit processes data on-device according to Apple's privacy policies. We do not integrate any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
